Privacy & data use
Last updated 2026-10-15.
Never enter student names or identifying info (names, birthdates, ID numbers, school names, diagnoses tied to a person) here or in any AI tool. Use [Student]. ASHA advises de-identifying before using generative AI: ASHA guidance on AI and privacy ↗. This site stores nothing you type in the generator.
What we store
- Newsletter emails, if you subscribe, with the page you signed up from.
- Feedback messages you send, and your email only if you include it.
- Anonymous page counts: which page was viewed on which day, plus a campaign tag if the link had one (like ?ref=). No IP addresses, no cookies, no third-party analytics.
- Anonymous button counts on the generator (for example "an articulation K-2 prompt was built for ChatGPT"). The prompt text and anything you typed are not sent or stored.
What we don't collect
No student data. The generator and templates run entirely in your browser. Never enter student names or personal information on this site or in AI tools you paste prompts into.
Third-party AI tools
When you open ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot or another tool, that company's privacy terms apply to what you type there. See our privacy comparison for what vendors state.
How we use your email
Only to send The SLPPrompts Weekly, starting with one welcome email when you sign up. We don't sell or share it. Every email will include an unsubscribe link. To be removed, click the unsubscribe link in any email or use the feedback form.
Where data lives
With our hosting provider (Railway) in a private database. We keep it until you ask us to delete it.
