What it does

Ambiki gives you four ways to write visit notes: type them yourself, dictate into each SOAP section, use AI Scribe to turn rough dictated thoughts into a structured SOAP note, or use the Tenalog® add-on. Tenalog® records and transcribes a session from a phone or computer, then drafts the visit note and pulls out progress data. For qualifying speech therapy sessions it also analyzes speech sound errors and suggests what to focus on next. The AI only drafts notes: you review and edit them, and nothing is signed for you.

Best for

SLPs who want an EMR with built-in documentation help, at whatever level of AI involvement they choose.

Price

Free trial: $0 for the first month, 1 user. Professional Plan: $59/month per user, includes AI Scribe. Professional Plan (Limited): $25/month per user, capped at 8 plans of care, 8 evaluations and 60 visit notes per month. Tenalog® add-on: $1 per session (one recording up to 30 minutes). Therapy Tools add-on: $5/month per user. Teletherapy add-on: $20/month per user.

Limitation

Tenalog® currently supports only one-to-one sessions in English, so it won't record group sessions.
